Yes! For presentations, lectures and meetings from home where you'd rather not share everything in the room with remote participants, Meeting Owl users can disable the 360° Pano. Use the Camera Controls in your Meeting Owl app to toggle off the 360° Pano when you need to. For more detailed instructions, read our support article.

If you’d like to extend the range of the Meeting Owl’s microphones, we recommend the following options:

• Use the Expansion Mic to extend the range of the Meeting Owl 3’s microphones from 18ft to 26 ft. The Expansion Mic will add 8 feet (2.5 meters) of audio pickup in the direction of the mic.

• Use Owl Connect to pair 2 Meeting Owls to extend the range of the Meeting Owl Pro or Meeting Owl 3 by 8 feet (2.5m) in any direction. This has the added benefit of extending the video range of the Meeting Owl as well.

• Use a combination of Owl Connect and Expansion Mics to achieve the maximum pickup range. When two Meeting Owl 3s are paired using Owl Connect and connected to two Expansion Mics, large meeting spaces can be fully covered with up to 60 feet (18 meters) of audio pickup from end to end.

First, make sure to download the Meeting Owl mobile app and register your Owl.

Next, plug the power adapter into an outlet. Then, plug the USB into your computer (either a laptop or in-room computer), open up your video conferencing software of choice, and select the Meeting Owl as your mic, camera and speakers. There are no downloads and no software to install – it just works.

The Meeting Owl will work with nearly all web-based video conferencing software, including Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, Webex, GoToMeeting, BlueJeans, etc.

We have a 30-day return policy so you can test out the Meeting Owl and determine if it works for your team. If the Meeting Owl turns out not to be a fit, you can return it with no drama.

The Meeting Owl has a 1080p output resolution. We recommend this option for larger conference rooms and classrooms

The Meeting Owl's WiFi connection is an important feature that enables the product to become even smarter over time. By connecting your Meeting Owl to WiFi, it will automatically receive over-the-air updates to make it even smarter. (We will alert you when new updates are coming.) It also collects meeting analytics (like number of meetings, number of people in the room, etc.) that we report back to you via the Meeting Owl mobile app. In the event your Meeting Owl Pro falls off of WiFi, your core camera, mic and speaker will continue to work just fine. Simply plug the USB into your computer and run your meeting.

Yes! We sell a Meeting Owl Lock Adapter so users can secure the Meeting Owl to their conference room table.

Yes! For those few times in which you might want to keep the camera on a certain part of the room, say a whiteboard or presentation screen, you can use the Camera Lock and Zoom feature via the Meeting Owl mobile app to lock the view.

The Meeting Owl 3 comes with a USB-C to USB-C cable for connection to the host computer. If your computer does not have a USB-C port, we offer tested and approved 2-m and 5-m USB-C to USB-A cables available for purchase.
